Kingbright 320w help.

Hi.
I picked up a kingbright 320w 3000k 3x qb 288 kit a few weeks ago. I've been running it 80% from the dimmer since.

I've recently noticed the first board, the side where the wiring from the driver (hlg 320h-48ab) connects to the boards is running brighter and hotter than the others. The second middle board is slightly cooler and emits less light and the third is the coolest and emits the least amount of light. The heatsink temperature is 59 degrees Celsius on the 1st/hottest board and 49 degrees above the 3rd coolest board. The driver sits on the 2nd/middle board but the driver running 80% is 50 degrees.

The driver has a built-in current adjuster and a seperate wired dimmer(voltage??), I checked the build-in adjuster and it wasn't set to 100% maybe 80-90%. Having moved it to 100% I moved it back to where it was originally just by feel and not a multimeter or anything.

Can anyone explain why there is a drop in power from 1 board to the next and is it normal ?
Is it from the way it came wired im guessing parallel, or have I thrown it out of whack by moving the internal current adjuster the boards are max 2600ma @ 48v ?
And will it be possible to change something to provide an equal output across all 3 boards ?

First timer poster long time lurker and any help is much appreciated.

The kit came pre-assebled, do I have to take the dimmer itself apart to unhook it or can I bypass it ?
Turned up full its way more light than I need (3×2 box), but no matter what the % the dimmer is set at there is a slight visiable drop in light and heat across the boards.
Could the dimmer cause this ?
If its normal for the boards to do this im cool with that, but its perfer an even spread of light for the canopy. And it seems like leaving it the way it is will cause the 1st board to fail quicker than the rest.

Sounds like there might be a daisy chain connection and some voltage throttling, does turning the voltage adjustment all the way up help in any way? Not the current dimming but voltage.
Some pics of the connections might help

It has me confused to say the least, the driver rated for 48 volts and so are the boards but I think driver will actually go to 52 volts. Could this be the cause of the problem ?

If you still have this problem after turning up voltage regulation to max then connect the boards in parallel all with one wagon instead of daisy chaining.

When you have several boards connected in parallel thru daisy chaining then you may accumulate some voltage drop in the boards towards the end of the chain. If margins are low then the last board in the chain won't have enough voltage to power the board to the same current as the first in the chain. Turn up voltage regulation to max to see if this is the case.

Sorry mate. You are right. It wasn't helpful at all. I just get shitty with these crap Chinese grow light flooding the market. I almost bought one when I was setting up my tent because they market them like crazy. Every site or YouTube channel that rates them is a full of shit.

The reason you are having trouble with the lights is because it was built with low end parts. Best idea is to contact Kingbrite and hassle the fuck out of the cheap wankers them until they refund your money.

Really !! I've seen Spider and Mars hydro do this but I can't say I've seen the same from Kingbright. And from what I've seen Mars are pumping out quality lights these days.

Where do you think all the components for all the different brands originate anyway ?
