No Trichomes after 8 weeks flower please help

yeah looks good, but no smell.. have cut a few buds and they dry to a dank smell

Did you smoke those test buds? If so, how were they?

Just my humble opinion...over ripe and Triches are degrading. Triches will deteriorate a lot quicker than mature. But like I said just my humble opinion.

If you liked the taste and they got you high you don't need to see the trichomes. Don't worry about it. Just chop them.
