Awesome! If you want it a little more fudgey, use a little less egg and beat it less. If you want it more cakey then just follow the recipe.I picked up all ingredients & a 9" spring form pan. I'm getting amped to make this for Momma (and me of course).
And after you cool it completely, keep it in the fridge till ready to serve for a denser chew.
