Newbie to flowering

My plant is only 29 days old, feminized autoflower stardawg and I think I have stressed it into flowering too early. Should I abandon her and start fresh? It may be 7 inches tall if I hadn't trained it sideways.

More info, soil, lights etc
It was under a 600w blurple light which actually only drew 125 watts until recently, prow mix organic soil, only nutes so far have been alaska fish, in a grow tent area of 3ft long x 2 ft wide, temps stay between 70 and 82, humidity 30-40%. I have recently upgraded to a "sunlike" full spectrum LED that pulls 280 actual watts. Actually thinking about using both lights together at some point to push 405 actual watts, or just ordering a second 280.

I would say they look shot and dwarfed And your probably going to have prove the whole grow with that one, but when you start over definitely use both lights

I was told by someone that 280 w would be good for a 3x2 or 6 sq ft area, that would be a little over 46 w per sq ft. Would more light burn my plants in such a small area? This was a trial grow in a brand new setup so I anticipated problems.

Do your leds put a lot of heat off and do you have good exhaust

I use 3-2000 watt Samsung led and I can put them 12-15 inches off plant no issue got way bigger grow room. Does your light have dimmer on it?

They don't put off a lot of heat only gets like 80-82 degrees with both. I heard that you can sill get light burn without excessive heat, like i said I'm learning, not contradicting lol, just trying to get all this informatio processed everyone has a different method it seems.

I don’t really grow autos either just because they go off in there own sometimes lol
I also tried some low stress training and i pulled off quite a few leaves to expose the bud areas to more light and may have overdone it, combine that with an auto in a 1 gallon pot growing in soil, and light that only uses 125 actual watts, I think I was doomed from the beginning.
