Should this plant have more of a stretch to it by now?

Hi folks...trying a new strain atm Blue Kush auto..(my last plants were critical kush) I'm wondering should it not be a bit taller atm...its 23cms after 30 days from 1st four leaves. I'm using 4, 250w fluorescent lights atm for the begging, doing an 18/6 light cycle. I am thinking to change it over to HPS this Thursday..( would this timing be okay? ) would that help to stretch it a bit as I want to start training it a bit too. I've been using the Canna nutrient kit and following their guide chart for the amount of nutes to add. I'll take a pic of the lights I'm using at the minute and post too. Also is it okay to do a small amount of leaf trimming to help with air circulation? I think I read somewhere that this blue kush doesn't like being trimmed!! Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the reply Freddie...isthere anything I can do about that now at this stage? Like transplanting to a bigger pot will it harm it at this stage. The other plants were all grown in this same pot and reached their average heights...I know this plant is different and apparently its average height is over 100cms..the others only went to 60cms

Autos ( I grow photos so ...) should be minimum 18 hrs on...apparently many run 20/4 but I think 18/6 gives better root development.
I have read that once taproot bottoms out, pretty much signals plant to branch or flower, depending upon stage.
Hopefully some true auto growers will jump in.
Good luck.
