Plenty of dirt underneath and lots of light over top. I would work it as 1 gallon of dirt for every dried cured oz you want. So around 15-16 gallon (50-60 liter) buckets of soil by the time you switch them will easily set you on your way to 16 oz per plants. Veg for about 4 weeks depending on your strain, you want a lot of fan leaves and the plant to grow out to the perimeter of your 50-60 liter buckets.
Lights: 600 or 1000 watt HPS up to you. I would in this case go 1000 watts per plant.
I am assuming you have grown before so you get to choose your own nutrients, and you will know how to set up a grow room with white viscreen plastic, lights and extractors, and the drying and curing etc.
But for the nutes, I would suggest you hit it with some pharmaceutical grade P and K additive around week 4 of flowering for one week along with your usual fertilizer - just a suggestion. Within 3 weeks it would have all flushed out or be used up in the stem of the plant.
For weight a lot of people use bud hardeners, but I avoid all that stuff. The strain you choose will go a long way to giving you good hard dense and heavy bud. I would recommend afghan or something similar for its density and weight.
Up to you if you want to supercrop or pinch out the bud on your plants. Spreading the bud over a wider area will work better for the 1000 watt lamps rather than the single cola, but not all strains do so well with those techniques and some like the blueberry, do extremely well.
I used to grow big trees when i started out, mostly because I was concerned about being busted with lots of plants, so I grew 2 big plants which gave me the same yeild as 8-10 small plants...silly laws that based the amount of years in jail on plant numbers not what was on the plants...
Also remember if you have never grown this much weed before, that you will have a shit load of weed on the dry, much more than you've ever had before. Have to be prepared to deal with the odor overload when you harvest your 10 or so trees....
Thats all that comes to mind so far.
Good luck.
