I like to start training at this stage, easier to bend without breaking-nice and supple. As the top grows I continue to tie it down, sometimes I top it and tie down those tops, sometimes I don't cut it at all.I feel like I messed these up on top of it I should of waited till they were in 5 gallon pots so I have more diameter to work with right ?
Your right i did notice that they were easy to bend right now instead of harden like a tree trunk in the later stages lolI like to start training at this stage, easier to bend without breaking-nice and supple. Thank you and I dont why they look like that lol some are short....some are tall and slim and that one has jus tooken off and is the biggest of all...but yes i notice they are easy to manage right now being so slimthey look a tad leggy to me, or is that whats required for lst'ing still looking good and no, ive never tried lst'ing
I didnt think about untill I already tied them but your right lol ive been out of bud for months and my aniexty kicks in and I worry about everythinglooks fine, still a newb myself. but i start a bit early but u can always untie and once in a bigger pot just tie it down again
Im new so I havnt find a preferred method so im goin to do a lst on a few...top a couple and leave the rest alone and see what results I get...no no, im beginning to think about it, my method of growing is to get as many nodes as close together as possible so the streach during 12/12 isnt so bad.
but no good for training/lst'ing, a bit of stem to work with is perfect, so your doing the right thing
I was reading on the hst but thats really when the plant has gotten a bit bigger right ?great fun aint it. i allways do a few diffrent things with mine, but i do hst, pruning good luck with it, your off to a flying stasrt
I might didicate one plant to manifolding...im looking at some of these yeilds and they are massive
