Plants sat in runoff

Plants sat in run off over night for 6 or 7 hours...I usually empty there run off but I was cleaning the grow room and had them all on this huge tray after watering I woke up and they sucked up all the runoff back up i transplanted them in bigger pots with dry soil in attempt to dry them off its day 2 they are very droopy they dont seem to be getting better...how long will it take to recover if they will at all ??

Between sitting in the runoff and transplant it can take a few days to recover. Patience.
In the meantime, you may want to consider doing something like this, especially with cloth pots:

No but I added some really moist worm castings to the top layer

Water them you can just dump roots into a dry container

Even tho they were already wet I meant they were wet and my soil meter in saying they are wet all the through

Throw away the soil meter
Go by weight of the pots
In this case you know they are dry

Soak em then let them recover and I have no idea why you top dressed

Lol cause after a day and a half I noticed the new soil was getting super dry and I didnt wanna kill the microbes in the soil...worms castings hold 9x the weight in water so I figured it wud help keep the top layer stay moist while the bottom layered dried out

Things need to change slowly and I try not to pile on one change to another
So they adjust
Slow and easy is how great weed is done

They should spring back in couple days after watering

I grow in coco. But after I transplant I feed my plants to runoff. In soil I would assume you do the same and then wait until the pots are dry again before watering.

They haven't recovered from the overwatering yet they may be slight damp it's hard to tell they're are differently not wet anymore

Water to runoff
That means waiting for it to drain then waiting a week or more to check it again

It's just confusing a lil bit because I thought this was caused by overwatering and then being told to water again...

If that is ever an issue on adult plants wait a bit until they dry out

The reason you change things gradually in your plants is so you can recognize your error

If you repot, change nutrients and increase light, add amendments and something goes awry you are the only one who can figure out what you did wrong
The plants always droop when over watered or under and sometimes they do it when lights go off
