Wanna get high picking some unripe buds off my plant

Is this stupid? My plants are not even close to being done but they have formed into a nice bud. I want to pick 2-3 popcornish buds from the bottom and just quick dry that bitch and have a movie night with the gf. Will this stress the plants and affect their last weeks of flowering? Any tips on quick-drying?

I think you already know the answer to that. Also your gf will think you suck at growing weed cause you're gonna make her smoke early crap. It will ruin your movie night and no pussy for you. Ask one of your buddies for a front?
 
A lot of people take a small Bud off the bottom branches just to see what their product will be won't be at full potential and should not stress out your ladies

thanks for the info man, Im just thinking the buds that dont receive the light is not going to get much bigger anyway and im just looking for a nice night with a joint so im sure it will satisfy me. Iv smoked lots of brick weed in my time lol
 
not worth it. those little popcorn buds will shrivel up into nothing. you will have picked your plants clean and taken away what could be 3-4x of a bigger bud once it finishes and swells. even those popcorn buds are with keeping for hash or edibles.

patience is the key.
 
Clip a few, use a pair of hemostats to hold the nug...prop it in front of a hairdryer...you wanna get high or you worried about what strangers say and think?
 
Sure you can. People get really worked up over this topic for some reason, lol. But it's not gonna be as good or as big yet though. It's better if you can dry it slower, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'd avoid the microwave if possible.

My wife loves early Sunset Sherbert. Even at the halfway point the buds are good sized, even though they aren't ripe. These buds grow quicker than any other plant I've grown though. Here's a pic I just took from one batch at day 38 from flip. It's really like a 70 day or so strain. Sunset Sherbert is prone to nanners, so when it would throw nanners, I would just chop it and run another one. My humidity is super low, so that's what caused the nanners I'm guessing. I only made it to 70 days I think twice.

I've heard GSC has the same tendency to grow nanners, and GSC was a parent of Sherbet. Do you know if they are sterile pollen?

I know it's the GSC in her. I never got any seeds, so I'm assuming it was sterile. I intentionally left a Chem 91 plant in there with nanners a couple times hoping it would pollinate my Green Crack, but it never did. I know Chem is different than GSC, but it was interesting that my nanners didn't seed anything.

I had a Ghost of LeeRoy throw nanners once and it started to pollinate a few plants a tiny bit.

I had three banana kush plants ..one ended up throwing nanners pretty hardcore in the end of flower about 10 weeks in flower I was plucking like a fucker then gave up ...I also had a blueberry Jack in the same tent that still had white pistols and didn’t find one seed in her so I assume the pollen from the banana kush was sterile..........Ghost of Leroy !? Where can I find these .
