I purchased some seeds a few weeks ago and threw them in the freezer since I had no idea when I was going to get around to them.
I opened up a pack, and tossed a seed in a shot glass heated at 24c. With this method I usually have a tap root after 16 hours, but I never did this from a seed from the freezer.
Questions. Do seeds take longer to germinate coming from a frozen environment? Also, have anyone ever used the glass of water method and have it take longer than 24 hours to see a tap root?
I don't need to hear that you shouldn't put seeds in the freezer, I may have already learned my lesson.
