Plants wilting under growlight and I don't know why

I'm relatively new to growing. Only grew a few times over the years and they were always outdoor photoperiods. However, this time around I tried indoor growing. I had 4 Shiskaberrys germinated and kept them in the window for their first couple weeks, getting about 6 hours of direct sunlight each day. They were doing just fine, always "praying" towards the sun and growing relatively fast. My grow light came in (Mars Hydro ts1000) so I immediately put them under it for 18/6. The first day seemed fine, but by the end of the second (last night) they were all wilting pretty badly, especially 2 of them. Anyone have any input? I'm new to grow lights so maybe I'm doing something wrong. Have had it on full brightness at about 16" above them. Also don't make fun of my grow set up lol my tent is in the mail. Space blankets and aluminum foil until then. Also, I'm new to the rollitup forums. I've always referred to them, but never posted in them. Sorry for the lengthy explanation, just wanted to give plenty of details. Thanks so much for any help, getting a little distraught over their change.

Yup lol. Spare bathroom that isn't used. Best place for my temporary set up until the tent comes in. I did exactly what you said and now they are already sprucing back up significantly. Thanks for good advice instead of just berating me haha. Like I said in the original post, I'm completely new to indoor growing. I did plenty of research on how to get started, but never took into account how drastically the plants could be affected from the transition to under the grow light. As soon as I saw the weeping/wilting problem this morning I knew it had something to do with my lighting set up so I moved them into their original spot with some indirect sun until I could get a good response. Couldn't find helpful information on the interwebs so figured creating an account here looking for advice would be super helpful moving forward. You da best man

Actually, I technically went from outdoor to indoor, not the other way around. Also, I changed the lighting environment one time. From window sill to grow light. I highly doubt one day (actually 18 hours) of improper lighting would straight up kill them. Especially considering that within a couple hours of after changing the height and brightness of the lights, they have returned to normal, no wilting. But thanks for your... Advice? If Google had answers for me, then I wouldn't have posted here.

Over watering is a strong possibility.

Also yes a major environmental change can really fuck them up good if not kill them. There are steps to be taken when making environmental changes specifically to young plants.

I really thought that it was over watering at first. However, I had been watering at the same consistency for quite awhile. I kind of ruled it out though when I woke up after the 1 day of using the grow lights and saw the wilting. The girls weren't praying up towards the grow lights like they were with the sunlight so I figured the lights weren't overall too close or too strong. Out of all the research and what not I've done, everyone was saying that when they reach up like that, it's a good sign. So, again, I figured I wasn't overdoing it. Like I originally stated though, I am completely new to indoor growing so that's why I figured it would be best to get some active help here in the forums. Using google and youtube simply wasn't providing enough direct answers in general to smaller details that I needed to know about. I reckon I need to transplant soon as well. I checked the bottom of the pots to make sure there was proper drainage and there was but I could see some roots through the drain holes. Wish I started them in bigger containers originally but I thought I would be growing them outdoors. Lesson learned I suppose

Ok, first off, what grow method are you attempting? Organic living soil or are you using bottled nutes? It makes a difference on how much water to use. If your doing living organic soil you only want to water 5-10% water to soil volume. With plants that size id do 5%. If using bottled nutes, water to 20% runoff.

Bounces between 75-80 degrees. The lights put off a bit of heat. Humidity stays between 45-50%. The bathroom has a vent so the air conditioner pushes air in there and I keep the overhead vent on with the door cracked just for some relatively decent airflow. Not perfect by any means, but they aren't exactly massive or flowering yet. In the window sill we have been getting 80-90 degree days so they were definitely warmer there, or so I would think.

Using FoxFarms happy frog potting soil. Haven't introduced any nutes so far. Figured I'd step into that once I transplant them into their 5 gallon grow bags. I don't feel like I water them all that much. I have a large water bottle with a hole poked in the cap that I hit them with when I see/feel their soil getting dry.

Well for now you want to try to keep as much microbes and nutrition in your soil as you can. Don't water to runoff. If you do, make sure it's barely any. Ffhf is only good for about a month.

Yeah, I might go ahead and take it down. I've actually read that a few places but a few other people argue it. I mean, it definitely makes sense. The entire bathroom is white besides the hardwood floor.
