I am new grower. Was wondering if anyone could tell by the picture if this plant looks ripe and ready to harvest? Thanks

Throwing whites means the plant is still creating new white pistils. You probably have a couple weeks left, may more, a little hard to tell from the photos.

Your best bet to know for sure is to check your trichomes, you need a type of magnifier or microscope or a jewels loup.
