I worked the 9-1 shift over at the rentals cleaning. I should be done with it this week for the most part. I might replace the kitchen counter tops and that will be next week if I do. And I could do a few others little things, like paint some doors, and porches.
Hoping to list the places for sale mid month...It's 2 houses on one lot so I have to sell them as a package. The city won't allow them to be sub-divided. I'm thinking of doing something creative since the market is so hot, like list it on June 15th but say
no offers accepted until July 1st, to fully expose it to the market...as opposed to taking the first offer that comes along. Plus 2 of the 3 units are leased for the next year so it's a turn key money maker, for someone with better nerves than me
