Why isn't my plant progressing?

My Harleyquinn CBD plants are now about a Month and 4 days old. I started LST at around week 3 and since then my plants are just in slow mode. Why are the plants not progressing I don't really understand. If you have any advice for me please let me know. I am loosing hope in my grow

Btw I right now I am using:

Biobizz All Mix- Soil
Biobizz Bio Grow and Top Bloom - Fertilizer
Niello Grow light, Violet - Lamp

How often do you water them? If you water them too much, the roots won’t be looking for water, which means barely any growth. How many watts is your light? What temps are you running? They seem to look healthy though, can’t see any deficiencies.
If I were you I would slow down with the watering, and only water them once the soil gets bone dry or the plants start drooping

If you’re having a hard time figuring out if the soil is dry or wet, just get a moisture meter, they go for 10-20€

Looks way over watered, and when you LsT you didn't support the lower stalk about inch from the ground and learn to rub the stalk and gently bend back and forth and get that part of the stalk anlittle week. And wgwn bend over do wrap it around the leave take it by the top node.

Yeah I bought one on aliexpress, waiting on that still doe. Also got Ph tester and Ec tester.

Yea you can call it that just make it weak instead of bending the entire root ball.

Fuck that moisture meter. Pick your pot up and feel it...you probably just watered it haha...anyway, it's gonna feel heavy....wait a week, now pick it up, it feels very light, now you can water it again.

Keep this practice up for a few waterings and you'll be able to see for yourself when your plant says it needs water as it develops.

I'm a novice grower and this is my take....I would transplant into a pot that allows oxygen into the roots. I drill a bunch of holes in plastic pots and I use them, or grow bags. The light seems a little inadequate too (sorry). I agree with Dank Bongula. Ditch the moisture meter and pick them up. If they're super light..they need water. How you use nutes and water is a function of how much photosynthesis is happening. More light = more nutes and more water. Keep in mind..the light is the main "food" source and the nutes are like your daily vitamin.

What light would you recommend because I am on a budget, so maybe 100-150 Euros, not more. I ordered grow bags on the internet waiting for them to arrive, which will then solve the oxygen problem.

I do not water them too often maybe like 1 a week, what I always do is I keep the surface of the soil moist. That's why it looks likes watered.

That is a great way to grow mold or mushrooms
This plant isn't a tomato
Drying soil is its forte~

I water. Let dry. Water. So on. That's all. I only mist so often. Iv ran into every problem imagined with wet dirt.
