So my plant is in week 3 of flower Bubba kush in coco using advance nutes sensi coco bloom a&b, big bud coco, b-52, bud candy, and sensizym all at about 25% of the recommended amount. EC is about 400-450 and ph is 6.3 to 6.7 going in. I’m thinking a nitrogen deficiency but just a thought.

To little, I'm pretty sure its iron or sulfur.
Its a immobile deficiency, it affects the top of the plant of newer growth
Nitrogen is mobile, it starts at the bottom of the plant on fan leaves and works its way up

Definitely don’t add epsom Salts or bump up nutes. You’re giving them more than enough food. There’s a million little things that could be responsible, but given what you’ve said, At a glance Problem is most likely ph. That’s way too high. Just keep in mind, coco is not soil. Treat it as hydro. Specific micro nute responsible isn’t really that important because it’s likely not lacking, just unavailable. Get the ph under control and problems should disappear. And If not, proper ph should narrow down the search a lot

Low Fe, Zn and S look very similar and all are pretty rare unless the pH is out of whack and usually when it's too high so I'd do what @Bcb1979 adised and get your pH down then if that's it those upper leaves should start coming in green th some of that yellow may remain as those immobile nutes can't be easily absorbed by already formed leaf tissue. New tissue will utilize the nutes and grow normally.
It honestly looks like low S to me so adding a bit of Epsom Salts won't hurt anything and may show improvement. 1 tsp/L should be plenty. S is very important to resin and terpene formation and plants like more in later flowering as well as the Mg that Epsom will supply.
