12/12from seed first time

A plant won't flower until it's mature enough........regardless of the light schedule.
Denying light at this stage of growth will only result in slow growth.
You would have been better off giving it 18 hrs. of light for the first 3 weeks, and then switching to 12/12.

I wish i knew you set up earlier tbh. Did you use any supplements to start out like Clonex, Azos, Trich? Mykos? What did you feed her?!

Welcome to RIU, Go easy on the nutes. I can't critique your lighting as you have not given the info. You will get the best results from us when we understand the whole picture. Good luck...

Interesting results? Like small plants? He said he's a newbie so I'm guessing he just doesn't know better, but that's why I asked if there was a reason he was using that light schedule.
Most of us do 12/12 from seed just for fun ..if he's expecting a big awesome plant he's going to be highly disappointed

Hi yes I am doing it knowing it does produce smaller plants but I would like to try and get the big cola sticks. This is my second grow so im still a newbie but really a newbie with the 12/12 from seed. I have few others who are in flower so I just popped these seeds in to see how What id get. But yes im fully aware of the stunted growth thats what interested me in the 12/12 from seed to harvest.
