What happens if you smoke bud picked right off the plant?

Like, you just grew some of the bombest shit ever (in your opinion)and you're planning to try it out to see what happens. Describe what happens.. Include the hypotheticals, include what you'd do with the picked bud, (anything besides cure it; i mean like trim it or something), and include how you'd smoke it. Lastly, describe what the smoke is like and how high you get.

I've never done this before, and I'd like to know from someone with either experience having done this, or having seen someone do this.

You will

A: Hack your lungs out
B: NOT get high
C: Waste perfectly good herb
D: Get a headache
E: Get a nasty taste in our mouth
F: Look like a fool

For those that aren't aware of this, buds MUST be dried before the THC and other compounds will become psychoactive, if smoking if your preferred method, that is.

ive gotten high from freshly picked bud,but it definetly is not worth it.Only out of desperation like if the weed man is out and your really out ,and jonesing hardcore.The high certainly isnt the same,one must let her dry and cure!

For a quick smoke while the rest is drying and curing properly...I've put a nug near my light, out of the direct light....or infront of a small heater fan I use for my shrooms...if you make it take at least 24 hours to dry...it'll be okay for deperate times. Don't microwave it though, or dry it too fast. And dry enough so you can let the rest dry and cure properly. I don't let people taste my shit untill it's cured at least 3-4 weeks, opening the jars for 10 minutes a day, rolling them around gently. Some buds are on their 4th month cure.

Thanks man, I was worried!!! I grew a frosty frosty. Had to harvest early due to the possibility of Bud rot. Anyways Its mostly milky and covered with trics! Plant has been hang drying upside down for 4 days at 63% humidity.

I figure what the hell, I've never pressed wet plant before let's see what happens. So I pressed it at 4 tons around 200°. The crap that came out of this look like diarrhea from somebody with liver failure. I figure what the hell it's going to be strong as shit but just smoke it. I crushed everything that came out of that 5 g of wet...... NOTHING! Not even a hint of a buzz.. dirtied my banger, hurt my lungs.

Long story short, I was freaking out because I had to harvest that plant about 2 weeks before I wanted to. I thought I harvested too early and had no THC in it.. when in reality 4 days on a drying rack is not enough to get yhe THC going. This is quite the relief to hear!!!
