First scrog. Six days growth filled screen. Fail.

I heard plants could grow over an inch a day, but thought it was a crock. Filled the screen way too early lol. My placement was terrible. Hopefully next attempt will be better. Is week three/four too late to start a ScrOG? Branches were stiff as a bit harsh to bend, hindering how far I could bend the main branches.

When do you guys set your screen? I wasn't planning to ScrOG at all, but the plants were getting tall, the lights were as high as they could go, and I only had 24" left to the boards at week three from sprout. Its beginning of week five today (day 36) and I've got 16" left to the boards from the highest colas, and majority sit around 20" away. I regret cheaping out and getting the 160cm tent over the 180cm tent for sure.

The small plant underneath is in closet now.

As you can see, after six days it's no longer a ScrOG lol. Judging by fact that it filled in a few days, I feel I made a fundamental mistake with the placement.

Set another screen above the one you already have.

To be fair did you actually scrog? Or just allow the plants to grow through the net?

This is my scrog of 2 plants that I spent the whole of veg time tucking and manipulating them through the screen to fill it.

I switched to 12/12 32 days ago with the screen approx 60% full and you can see I still have some gaps close to the front.

My scrog thread with what I did etc.

I continued to tuck and manipulate during the 12/12 stretch phase.
