What wrong with this bud please should I chop the bud off
Looks like bud worm damage. Is this outdoor? Put some nitrile gloves on and peel into the bud where you see damage. You might find the worm or its droppings. If you have one infested, there's probably more.

cut that bud off, throw it outside, wash your hands, examine the rest of your plant carefully, and maybe add a fan to that room for a little extra airflow. a dehumidifier wouldn't hurt, but good ones are a little spendy, and cheap ones are shit.
bud rot usually starts in a dense bud with little airflow, when a leaf or calyx dies and starts to rot. better airflow helps a lot with that, makes the stuff dry out before it can start rotting

Got a dehumidifier unfortunately not a very expensive one and lots of water catchers and loads of fans I have a tower fan and a clip on

the only other advice i can offer is to do a little light selective defolation, make sure theres a path up the center of that plant for air to move through
look for leaves that are laying on top of other leaves, when they lay like that and transpire, you get a real wet spot where mold can get a toe hold

Yeah it was definitely bud rot had to remove 2 buds
So you removed and pulled buds apart and inspected? To me at first just looked like dead leaves, however an overwhelming amount of people called out bud rot. So was just wondering your findings.
