How long can I keep seedlings in a small pot before transplanting?

I'm vegging 3 seedlings in a small space while I get a bigger grow space ready .... Maybe 1-2 weeks .. seeds have sprouted and end of first week .

Pot size is just inside a plastic container just slightly bigger than a plastic cup

Will this seriously stunt the plant growth

I will be transferring to a 3 gal

If they are seedlings 1-2 weeks is fine.

Many cups out there, double big gulp you could be run seedling to flower.
