645 watt led only good over coco?

Its correct if you are specific to Luxx brand but that goes for all bar style lights. Gavita 1930e should be a 80/20 and quantum boards always 100% straight coco. Has to be Canna brand too, lucky for you, you can use it right out the bag.

Start here, https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/ absorb as much information as you can, and when you think you have, read/study more. Than take a look at your grow space, how much you'd like to invest and come back here and post some serious question and people will guide you in the right direction on how to start you grow. I'm seeing more and more guys knocking it out of the park on their first grows. Their success is because of the research they did and the availability of information online these days.
