Strange colours on outdoor plant - one month old

One of my plants has this strange coloration while others do not.
Everything is same among the three pots including planter size, soil and watering
Possibly an iron or magnesium deficiency.

I'm not sure if that first pic is a deficiency, maybe, the other plant isn't too green either. A few white spots on the second plant too. Here's a deficiency chart I like

I was just about to say possibly broad or russet mite damage.

Well try tthe camera but i dont think it will work.60x magnification is min. I got one from grow store does 100x pretty cheap.
