The Impossible Clone Challenge

Hey all,

We have all seen the solo cup challenge. How about a clone challenge? More specifically, an impossible clone. By this I mean, let’s all prove how resilient this plant really is.

Post your pics of clones that shouldn’t be alive but somehow are and have turned into a full blown vegging plant.

There are no winners or losers, just inspiration for those afraid of the cloning process (like I used to be) that show that it can be easier than it looks to keep your favorite plant going forever. Share your before and after pics and your method, the more impossible the better!

I will start it off...

Clone taken 2 weeks into flower. Smallest branch on the plant, rooted in just tap water. Pics are day 1 in soil after 3 weeks in water, and second pic after 4 weeks veg.

look forward to seeing what you all have got!

It should root! Helps to keep the humidity high since they will get moisture from the air before roots come in. Try using a plastic bag over the top secured with a rubber band for the first week or two!

Ya, as long as it’s not getting too much light. Indirect sunlight should be good. And either poke a couple holes for airflow or take the bag off once a day. Experiment and see what works!
