Hydrogen peroxide
Here's a link to the product i use.
If you use beneficial bacteria it'll kill it all. But since you have problems, I'd recommend you use it throughout your entire grow and skip the bennies if you do.

It'll turn your skin white, so be careful if you do.

Yeah, doesn't look great. I'm first time DWC too, so wondering if you have multiple air stones, adding H2O2 regularly? And what does your plant look like? Symptoms? I'm scrogged in, (have a scrog net) hence can't see my roots. I'd suggest adding H2O2, or there are other similar options. Good luck mate. IMG_20210704_180724.jpg

I'm running a single air stone, the plant is going wonderfully and no real sign of any problems apart from on the roots.

I've got 2 pots, one resevoir. 2 Airstones in Res, and 2 airstones in each pot. Do not have the specifics of the air pumps (2 in total) but I would love to have more. Read from a well known grower that "it took him a long time to realise that the more ai,, the better the grow.." Seems to be a trend. H2O2 is sometimes substituted for a product called "Pool Shock." Don't think it is available here in Australia, more an American thing.. To do with swimming pools. I use the strong stuff that will burn a hole in your skin if you get it on ya!
