HELP!! When to add nutes??

my sativa dom hybrids
They are all in week 3 from seeing hairs.
when should I add nutes to them? I have foxfarm big blood buds and just havent used them because They already look great .
Im in foxfarm oceanforrest
And have only been using tap water.
(yes I know no pics with the purple but it is what it is today)

It's hard to tell from the color of the pics but they look pretty nice. What's the PPM and PH of your tap water?

You add nutrients when they look like they need them. Posting blurple pics:

You need to take a pic without your light on. We can’t see what the plant is saying with blurple lights

I use fox farm as my base soil and add dry amendments, let it cook for awhile. Even after adding these amendments, I top dress at week four. Ocean forest isn’t meant to maintain your plants through full 12 hour run.
We can’t do much for you without the blurrples off. What lights are u using
