Digital Thermostat that will run intake/exhaust fans as well as in-duct ozone.

The unit is the size of a single gang electrical box and 1 1/2" wide. You can directly plug in your intake and exhaust fans and I built the unit so that you could plug it directly into a standard 110 outlet without hard-wiring. The unit will also control an induct ozone generator with a 4min start of ozone before your exhaust fans kick on. The ozone can be run with the 4min delay/ or switched off independently from the fans. There is also an independent plug receptacle that can handle small humidifiers/dehumidifiers or other small applications up to 9 amps(1000 watts) independently from the fan side. The fan side can handle up to a maximum of 13 amps(1500watts).The ozone generator can be up to 1amp max(100watts). I have used the unit for two weeks and it works flawlessly---Plug in your fans/plug in your ozone generator/set desired temp and the unit does all the work. I want to give some credit to AL. B FUCT for his digital JAYCAR thermostat---his unit got my brain-juices going.:idea:The unit cost me less than 50.00 to build and one hour to put it all together. I will take some pics as soon as I find my camera. (hopefully tonight):-P

ITS CHRISTMAS WHERE ARE OUR PICS!

can I order one and have you install a humidistat on there for humidity control of the humidifier. If i can control that by % and the exhaust by degrees F I would be most interested in possibly just buying a unit from you and having you ship it! since you dont have pics and all :)

I have a tent coming that I want to be able to control everything to specs and not have to tend to it every few hours.

Sorry it took so long---now I just have to fig out the camera----lol... I will try to answer any questions you have but the basics are that you can run your intake/exhaust fans w/ozone in line with a 4 min start before exhaust kicks on(Great for smell build up in room)---the unit can be configured in a varitity of ways to run ----fans /humidifiers/dehumidifiers-ozone generators/ A/C units/heaters---the unit controls three separate lines----1AMP/13AMP/9AMP----with the 1amp line having a 4min pre start over the combined 13AMP or 9AMP. As you see in the first photo I hard wired a 4 plug extension with switch---the second is a single plug to run my induct ozone. You could plug both the intake and exhaust fans on the same line----I like to run extension with plugs off the units for ease of use and plug-n-play setups----set your temp and the unit will cycle your fans and keep your room within +-2deg.

Thanks----it gets better-----give me a few minutes with this camera and software.
Let me put it this way: if you can figure out the automated system you describe, there is a good chance you can operate a digi cam...Damn there in no "crossed fingers" emoticon...

I'm not going to promise pics anytime soon for the next one but I think I have figured out a system(close to hydro-hut/tent style) for perfectly drying buds that can be set by the user to dry over a one to two week period---It has vent-fans tied into the same digi-therm controller I posted but with a humidistat controlled humidifier built in. Set it and forget it.

Yes it can work---you will need to get the correct DC power supply(you need to find out what the unit is----I'm going to guess 24 volt dc). Try this site for wiring that rocker!!! The RiteTemp Support Site - Detailed Wiring Diagrams
