So I have been digging old threads. and got a lil caught up with Fishnaggy. not sure if this is common knowledge but he initiated suits against the Bitcoin Foundation, and apparently he has brought suits against many ppl because then the City of Austin initiated proceedings and found him to be a Vexatious Litigant (basically determined he was abusing the system or was using the system frivolously) and a prefiling order was issued against him..
