Would I notice a major difference?

I’ve got two options, I can either get a refurbished hlg 650r for 750 (without shipping) or a brands new Mars hydro ts 3000w for 420 (not sure if shipping is charged due to it being in the same country as me) would I notice a massive difference?

By the judge of it your very new to the culture and hobby. So buy a Mars hydro Ts1000 or Sf 1000 for less than 200 bucks. Get your beans in the dirt and start a damn journal. Now your starting to look like a troll. You should by now in the 3 days of your non stop threads have all the knowledge you need to start. With any light at that.
