Another 2 weeks?

Getting close and just wanted to get some opinions if possible.
2 different bag seeds, think one will be done a week or two earlier than the other.
First 5 pics are of the plant I think is almost done (another week or two). Not sure how much longer the second plant has, she’s gotten swollen, but still showing white pistils.
I know the one plant is having a nute issue, I’ve backed off and have given straight water the last few times.6F947575-C199-4B03-9FFA-79FE276A5FE1.jpegAFD8A139-A357-47EF-B035-987DB91B0269.jpeg6F947575-C199-4B03-9FFA-79FE276A5FE1.jpegAFD8A139-A357-47EF-B035-987DB91B0269.jpeg4DC4B882-8B5F-4AE6-B1E5-DCA54EE7F2B3.jpeg42D8C22A-B1CB-4368-AD1D-F84E625D2CD6.jpegE4FBD828-C0B0-41F9-8946-90732BCBAC23.jpegB552805E-6774-4C8E-86A3-9B3370E530BB.jpeg1BA98647-9ED5-4107-A0D4-111ACEF75919.jpeg87999A36-0041-4D8A-B780-B439FE061B1F.jpeg

Yeah I thought these would’ve been ready by end of July lol. Switched to 12/12 May 12th, first noting of pistils in my grow log was May 22nd, right at about 11 weeks now.
The first in the pics I don’t think has started to pull the pistils in, not much amber, but starting to look ready, to my eyes at least

So here’s another variable to my situation. The plant I was asking about if it’s ready for harvest is starting to throw out seeds. Maybe 4-5 weeks into flower I noticed a nanner here and there, but I was determined to finish to work on my dry/cure, and whole process.
I hadn’t noticed much in the way of nanners from that point and was picking em when I saw em, but last night I found maybe 3-4 underdeveloped seeds, but seeds nonetheless.
Is it best to just chop that one now and let the other finish as best she can?
I know there’s a good chance the other has been pollinated, but needed to finish this grow all the way through.

Once polinated a plant shifts gears from bud development to seed. Personally l chop those early. But seed is not my goal. Kind of opposite. Then again just bc theres seeds doesnt make it bad. Choice is up to you.

Yeah the bud itself looks good to me, definitely the best I’ve grown to date. Just wrestling with the ideas in my head: chop now and it may be too early, but may deal with less seeds. Chop in a week or two and have a potentially more ripe plant, but potentially more seeds. Fucking conflicted haha.
I think my gut is saying to watch it for another week and deal with seeds/nanners as they appear
