I don’t grow there I’m in Illinois. I would suggest topping them.Is anyone growing outdoors in southern ontario? I was away for a week and my plants did a major stretch and are very bushy. I was wondering whether pruning or lollipoping outdoors plants helps or hurts?
Yes it helps. It could be argued it reduces overall yield but the quality of the yield, bud density, is much better IMO.Is anyone growing outdoors in southern ontario? No it prevents mildew and spider mites and I wouldnt spray it on your buds.Does neem prevent mould?
Thanks for this tip. Did you make one yourself or purchase it?In south west ontario (42 lat), if plants finish in late October or sometime in November, a dew shield (4 posts with clear plastic on top, sloping away) will stop evening and morning dew setting into bud. This reduces mold.
Thanks, I just have pre-flowers at the moment. No it prevents mildew and spider mites and I wouldnt spray it on your buds.
