Probably 110w at the wall.

Marketing is the enemy of cheap LEDs.

But it will work. ;-)
I now know for when I upgrade so at least I am further ahead than I was! The light I have does have a decent spectrum slightly less "blurple" than your average Amazon light) so it does alright for 1 or 2 plants, but once I want to grow any more I will need to upgrade for sure. Knowledge is key in all aspects of growing haha.

I have no gripes with my CLW... but I do think it's too bright for my 4x4. I put a dimmer on it and cut the power down by 40% and it still looks like a normal greenhouse in there. I'm pretty sure too much light and genetics were making these plants foxtail. With the light dialed down I bet these plants will finish in a week. Thanks everyone!

btw, one of my CLW lamps blew after a year of almost continuous use... I sent it back and CLW repaired and sent it back for free... good service!

Here's the specs. Looks like strong COB lighting. Foxtailing can be caused by too much light (like others say). Can you raise the light or dim the power?

Power Draw: 800w
500 PPFD Distance: 38"
800 PPFD Distance: 28"
Can't raise, but yes I have added a dimmer and I'm pretty sure the plants will stop foxtailing... thanks!

It might be time to turn it up a bit. I'd reduce my humidity right now too, if you're not living in the Mojave :D Then I'd get patient because you look like you have awhile to go :) Could be very nice when you get there

Then again I'm high, blame the new table. It's always the new table :eyesmoke:

Chill bruh. Mars is decent at best.
First company that came to mind, that was why I made sure to emphasize it was an example, I realize they are far from top-end but in all honesty I haven't looked at many lights at the top of the line mainly because they are so beyond my budget right now. Point was, if you buy a cheap light on Amazon, it may not be nearly as powerful as it says, buyer beware, your mileage may vary.

Not bright enough or too close or vpd is outside of spec or environmental issues or bad gentics or soil , or everything, or nothing or spectrum gaps , ...
I got the seeds for these plants from a mother I grew outdoors and she didn't foxtail at all, either. Definitely something to do with the indoor setup I'm thinking... too bright/close light is my guess. Maybe I'm overfeeding them, too... I used much bigger pots outdoors.
