A little tip

Google the words "marijuana sex" or "male marijuana plant" before growing plants. It's a subject that can be covered by eye in a few seconds, literally.

It seems like the vast majority here can't do this, or lack simple observational skills to compare basic images with their eyes...either that or there is a serious issue with self doubt here.

There's like 10 posts a day asking about sex, and basically every single one comes down to people not understanding basic anatomy of the plant they have smoked for years in any way.

There is no excuse. This site alone has a myriad of information on the subject.

Don't forget to Google marijuana porn too, lol. What kids these days must see on the Internet, lol.

I find it's often new growers on their first grow too anxious to wait for their plant to develop even the slightest sign of a pre flower or know its a male but post anyway in hopes they are wrong and won't have to toss their plant. Either way after a couple grows and some research, I can confidently say I have never had to post here to ask for a plants sex. It is a skill all growers need to develop as quick as possible but ah well, that is just me.

I think its a lack of reading and too much relying on others to do the job for them, ive seen very few doubtable sex of my plant questions.
there not learning to grow properly, getting everyone else to do the work for them, as theres an obvious differance between them.
ithink thereshould be a sticky thread that stays up to stop allthe waste of time it causes.

Learning is part of growing, this knowledge didn't just pop in our brains magically one day.

I don't know....saying "this info doesn't just pop into your head" is a bit of a cop out when we all have modern media, and can literally type in "male vs female flower" and have the answer in a letter of seconds.

I was like 13 or 14 (20 years ago, when I had my first cone) and I googled "weed plants" the next day as I was curious as to what I was putting in my body, and read like five minutes worth of info about weed plants on "Yahoo search", looked at a bunch of pictures and went from there.

From then on I realised I was smoking female flowers and male plants produced pollen sacs.

Literally a few minutes of research on the plant I was about to consume, 18 years before I grew my first plant, and I understood the difference between a male and female plant.

For example, there have even been people asking here why their female plant is flowering. You wouldn't grow tomatoes and panic when your tomato plant starts growing tomatoes.

Sorry, that is what I meant, we didn't magically just one day wake up and suddenly had this encyclopedic cannabis growing compendiums worth of knowledge pop in our heads. We used the resources available to us and learned, just like the growers before us. Some things are super easy to learn with the vast amount of knowledge now available that growers 20 Years ago could only imagine having such easy access to. I also wonder why they don't use the search function and just compare to the hundreds of already existing threads lol.

A little tip. If it bothers you THAT much move on. Don't read the thread. Don't respond to the thread. It's pretty easy.

Personally think some people ask in a way to share some info and a way for people to talk about a subject. If we all just goggled the answers then what’s the point on forums. That’s no fun

The mother is not feminized. Feminized are seeds that are... Female. When your hermaphrodite pollinates itself it will produce male & hermaphrodite seeds. There's really no opinions on this matter except by those who won't accept there hermaphrodite is and always will be a max seed producing plant.

Nothing personal intended but it's.def not a matter of opinion but matter of fact that hermaphrodites are crap

I don’t agree at all. I remember asking those questions, it’s nice to get confirmation from someone else. Plus who gives a fuck, just don’t click on those threads.
