I don’t know what I’m having but I have brown spots on my leaves and yellowing of the top of my leaves can anyone help me please
Hay bud, look, having yellowing of leaves at the top and green growth underneath. Means, it just screams a nutrient Lockout issue. If you provide more information about the plant and conditions of it, then more Peeps can help you out with your situation.

WHat's your PPM in your rez? Or nutes supply at those mL rateings? Try raising your lights or dimming them 20%??? What's your runoff Ph?

So I personally have only grown a handful of autoflower. But loads of photo periods plants. Autoflower really doesn't like any kind of change once their growing along well. Ya mentioned you flushed, bad mistake at week 3 of flower for any species. An over load of water/flushing will accomplish 2 things. 1. All your roots currently available nutes are flushed down the drain holes. 2. Its giving a mass dose of feed too quickly, hence the tops burning and lockout issues.
