Not a correlations really. Some root faster than others, especially sativa's love water culture. There's to many factors to give a straight answer. To try to give and example and explain the problem with the question is that you could have a crazy fast rooting clone that roots faster than everything else but still turns out to be hermie.I’m just wondering if anyone has noticed the clones that root the fastest with the most vigorous growth ending up being the best plants come harvest? Is there any correlation or no?

You look for a mom with desired traits, it doesn't matter if a clone take 7 or 11 days to start forming roots in practicality. You plan ahead in gardening comes harvest. That includes rooting cuttings etc.
A healthy cut is the most important for rooting speed.
I’m not sure about plants but with other stuff it wouldn’t indicate anything about yield. It could signal overall healthiness which is good but it could also just be a shitty plant that’s adept at rooting.
However if you only use the fastest ones eventually you’ll get some that also yield well.
That’s how mushroom cultivation works, all you can select for initially is speed so you go with that and hope the rest is there later.
