I like my Maxsisun 1500. Although I want something better. Was looking at the Green Sunshine Company ES 300. Is there a huge difference in the V2 & the V3. .. also, has anyone ever purchased from https://www.rcelrp.com ? Not sure if it's legit. & any advice on a good light I can get for a few hundred bucks. I dont mind saving a little longer & spend 5 or 600 if needed. Although I'd rather save money if I can. Sorry if I'm rambling. Trying to better my light situation. I feel I do okay on my grows. Now that I got Regalia & Southern AG in the mix. I'm hoping to do better with IPM. Thanks yall. - Casey. *I just flipped my Red Mandarine to flower & defoliated the thick Bush that she was.

Can always check the refurbished section on HLG website too.

Thanks man. I will do that right now. *I dont want to have to use my old extra blurple light because my plant gets so wide & spread out with Scrogging. So looking for 1 lights that will cover my canopy.

I have a 300L rspec in my 3x3...rated at 250 watts but I've yet to turn it all the way up and got nice results at 175...ran out of room and didn't want to crank it up fully. My blueberry plants really stretched on me.

I'm looking at the ES180's now. Refurbished on the Green Sunshine site for $357. Seems like good price.

4x2 (6' tall). So I'm thinking it will be perfect. For my issue now is when plant gets too big so I need a wider light. I like how these are laid out.

Casey I'd look at two smaller lights, one each to cover a 2' x 2' area. One light isn't going to give you the light footprint you need.
I just purchased another Maxsisun 1500. Its dimmable & I like my brother alot. It grew HUGE buds on my last grow. So I'm sure two of them side by side will work great. I'm stoked. It arrives Sunday. No more blurple over in the corner. Lol. I told myself whenever I get a dozen grows in.. if I'm ready for a bigger tent by then. Then maybe I'll splurge for a bigger light fixture. But these will do fine for now. Thx. Guys.

I don't like or trust LED grow lights with a hundred little LEDs in them; about a hundred things that can go wrong IMO and I think its just a dumb design overall (especially the ones with computer fans in them). I like COB LEDs where I can have my array and if a COB or power supply goes bad, I can easily switch one out. I just switched over from HPS to these timber grow redwoods because I have friends and family using them to replace 1000 watt HPS and are getting even bigger yields from them. They are built like a tank and will last for decades from build quality alone and as I said, if a COB goes bad, just replace one of the six COBs instead of having a 150 little LEDs with 11 of them burned out while you're just left scratching your head..
