Where to exhaust grow…..

I’ve read a lot of different tips on where to dump the exhaust but I’m not sure the best route to go. Not first grow, but first time setting up carbon scrubber and exhaust fan. Some say go out somewhere in the attic, some say connect to where the dryer dumps. Here’s the issue. I’m in an illegal state. No med no rec. We also get alot of cold and snow. The dryer dumps out the wall that’s closest to the sidewalk and we live in a city. It’s probably 4 feet away from the sidewalk. Would you feel comfortable using this as a spot to exhaust? Does it take out the smell 100%? Also worried about all the damn snow being melted off there and looking suspicious. Should I go out the attic? Then was told to be worried about FLIR if I do that…I’m running a Mars Hydro TS3000w. Am I over thinking this? Does this not even put out enough of a heat signature to be worried about FLIR? Should I even be worried about it? Please help where TF should I dump this…
In the summer I run my exhaust into a vent on the floor since I don’t use a central air conditioner. I’m the winter I just have a second carbon filter on the the end and let it dump right into my bedroom.

You’re not worried about mold buildup? My original idea was to send the exhaust up a vent to the attic. The vent doesn’t break off anywhere else just straight basement to attic and then have a dehumidifier running up there with a fan but I thought I’d get mold…

No I’m not worried about it since I have a portable ac in my room during the summer and my RH in my house on avg is only high 50s to low 60s. If I was seeing 70+% daily I would keep powder mold on the back of my mind. Also in the winter where I’m at in the Midwest the winters are naturally very dry to mold isn’t a worry then either.

Awesome then I’ve decided what I’m doing. I’m Midwest as well. Thank you everyone for the helpful tips, this is probably the quickest and most useful answers I’ve received from any forum I’ve ever posted on.
