Need Help Extremely Uneven Growing?

Hi first time grower here I am starting my plants out indoors for the first month or so of their life until the conditions improve down here in the Southern Hemisphere I have had my plants under a 100W grow light for a week and two days now and have noticed that two plants are growing astronomically quicker then the rest which hardly seem to be growing at all, any ideas on a way to fix this. For note the strains are a mix of girl scout cookies and two other unknown strains I acquired locally. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thank you.

I wouldn't worry. I find these plants just like people...even same species. Some shot/tall, fat/skinny, vibrant/not vibrant.......some develop and grow big and strong, some not so much....I'd bet your on track. I've seen this for 50yrs......some super slow at coming around.........

Even 50yrs later, those girls make me nervous, but it's a blast growing it, in and out.

Ya may find this interesting...this is PM at onset (200x)...you can see the surface of leaf, the mycellium looking rough, pocmarks starting....the white ball, perlite and specs of planting mix.
