that actually a part of an internal investigation against ERCOt.....the bill that passed require all power companies here to do winterization no matter what....

now back to your no-notice.....i've been watching the news down there.....they have already popped 4 power companies....they are required to give the money back to the consumer.....one as already went bankrupt they said, but the judge still ordered them to give back the money
