Mentally I couldn't handle it. I don't know anyone there so I'd be even more isolated. Mom's not being realistic either, if she lives to 90 she's going to need the money from that house.But think of the actual grow you could have! You could AirBnB your place in the city and set up a business in your mom's placeI've seen what you grow. Book out the days you wanna stay in your city place. You could do this!
