I've been looking it up to make sure it's not some spores trying to infect my plants. I think your suppose to see brown spots instead of the way this is going. Should I cut them off and go from there. The problem is I don't know if it's a deficiency and I need to add something to take care of it. Any help is appreciated thank you.

What is that medium? Yard dirt ?
Yea unfortunately I went with garden soil with compost mixed with 20%perlite and 20%coco coir am also going to use worms to help aerate.
