How can i help this plant i feel its growing sick can i use nutritious now ?
i germinated it in coco-peat and transplant it today in soil mix with perlight.
I found many helpful people there .
The light is led 12 wat 24hours

Patience young grower. You've just started a 4-6 month marathon. She is just a baby, no nutes, depending on your "soil" you may have a while (3 weeks to a month) before you need nutes. Right now all you can do is wait and NOT over water.

Typically 4-6 weeks to first sexual expression. This is an average so there will be variants. But at 40 days, if you know what to look for, there is a possibility to determine sex.
70/30 Soil/Perlite... So what "soil" are you using. Is it a bagged brand? Did you just dig some dirt from the ground? Your own compost? What are you working with?

If it lives that long which is a direct function of how hot that soil is. I'd have left that seedling in coco until it hit veg or started to yellow a bit. Water very sparingly, just a little around the seedling. Good luck.

Do Be careful, cannabis is a natural remediator, what ever is in the soil she will eat/ consume. Pollutants, chemicals, even radiation, this amazing plant can clean them up but that means they are In your plant. As long as it came from an area that looked lush I'd venture you'll be ok. If this is the case, she shouldn't need much more than water for at least a month, possibly longer.

All seeds in cocopeat are germinated very fast

R.I.P. baby seedling. Start over use coco or soil. If you decide soil go 50/50 that still looks way too compact. Use less water you're not watering the pot you're watering the plant. Get more light 12 watts really.... the smallest amount of research would help you.
