I suggest LST starting out , a bigger pot and like @Johiem said those giant leaves are like solar panels only remove if they are blocking prime budsites
I tied down for two weeks but not soon enough. Lesson learned. This pot was meant for an auto, but then I got high. bongsmilie

Is the main vertical growth considered a prime bud site? My gut told me to leave the ones up top cause there ain't a whole lot left.

I don't really defoliate untill lik week 6 or 7 right before I go into flower...if a leaf is blocking something I just tuck it under...instead of adding stress to the plant...I might remove a few small leaves but nothing major untill it gets unmanageable

Yea it's a prime budsite it's going to be the main cola

Even if your doin a auto I'd still get a bigger pot

Autos. All 4 are Caramelicious auto, the pair in the pic are s1's of the second pic. Second and third pic are f1s from m-s.nl. Second and third were DWC. The pair are about month out from harvest... roughly. With little to no defoliation

Those all are nice but this one I fell in love with it I feel like we do more harm when we heavily defoliate especially with autos...maybe I'm just a hippy at heart but that's me too...little defoliation..use it when it's necessary

Yeah I didn't know about selfing when I grew that one. I think that was about my sixth plant,I was hoping for a similar pheno but the one I selfed didn't like showing off her trichs, neither do her daughters. I'd put her somewhere 13-15% but that first one had to be pushing 20%.
She is the one that got me to keep trying. Here's the mind fuck, I flowered her under 200w of led

Well... that depends on your definition of "clone"
