I am experimenting on putting autoflower seeds into tissue culture. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My plan is to sterilize the seeds and place in tubes with 10 ml initiation media. When the seeds grow into seedlings with 3 sets of leaves (5weeks), I'll place them under a microscope and take 4 meristems (undifferentiated stem cells) from each plant, as well as the tip of the taproot. Hopefully, duplicating the meristem multiplication process will work for about 5 rounds, in tissue culture.
With luck I can multiply the callus too, and maybe stumble across a media that produces embryos, or at least initiate shooting and rooting with no flowers. Will submit photos soon. Doing 1,000 feminized Autoflower skittles.
