Hey guys, this has happened to one of my plants after all being topped. Its being grown hydroponic with air pumps, can't be overwatered so I'm confused as to what's happened with her

No,isnt it organic ? Dont add organic stuff to hydro.Bleach,pool shock etc is the best and the cheapest.
Theirs online calculator available on how much to use.
