New guy from the South, 30 yr user and new indoor grower.
I used to grow outdoors as a teenager. Back then, I had no idea what a sativa or indica was. It was weed, if it was dry i gave it water and about every two weeks I'd mix 10 or 15 gallons of mc plant food and let it go. Come late Sept- early Oct I'd harvest. No ideas about harvesting by trichomes, they just looked right to me and 8 to 15 10ft plants gave me enough to get by for a good while sharing with friends and all.
Boy, growing inside has proven to be a whole different ball game!
I'm on my second grow, made some mistakes, small and oh shit what did I do!? in size, but I think I'm doing ok.
But with this site and forum, I was able to bring my girls along with maybe a week or two to harvest 2 indicas of some kind and a sativa of some kind that is so different than the others that might not finish fully due to what I believe a serious N deficiency and none of my plant have fully recovered from one of those oh shit moments, but the sativa took it worse.
Anyway, I'll post pics in the morning.

Welcome to the sanctum, all sorts of characters, smarts, wit, humor and of course a smattering of pugnacity. Don't let growing setbacks turn you off. We have all had bad luck here and there.....Ya just keep learning.....much better places to spend that money than buying weed.
