If ya can catch a break, anti terrorism legislation and a watch list, along with hate crime laws will make quick work of the radicals. The for profit disinformation propaganda system that fuels much of the bullshit will need to be dismantled too, and social media regulation is a must. Now if you can level the playing field with voting rights and reform then inject some more democracy by getting rid of the filibuster, ya might have a chance. Making Puerto Rico and DC states would help too.
