Mimosa/Evo strain

Sorry if I sound ignorant from the start as I know nothing about what I'm about to ask... Hence the post.
A freind of mine with cancer is getting low on his current oil and has been offered a Mimosa Evo strain
Does anyone know if this is classed as a medicinal strain as a Google offers so many answers.

It certainly is. Honestly, each individual will respond to a certain plant and it's combination of cannabinoids and terpenes (among other things) in their own way, but the mimosa I've had in the past was quite potent. Are you talking about a cutting or flower/oil? Sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect strain for you.

It's for oil production only
His current oil he is meds free and pain free and blood counts are falling with each test but of course its going to run out and he's trying to prepare for it
So is it not all to do with CBD as I thought to dismiss it on seeing its low almost non existing CBD levels

Yes, it isn't a cbd strain. One thing worth considering is that a lot of medical benefits come down to terpenes, and not so much cbd. I tried a lot of cbd strains, but the type of bud that works best for my arthritis pain are the strong, diesel/gassy strains, and especially if they are purple for some reason. I would try out several different strains to see what works best for your friend, if possible.

That’s weird. High thc tincture/ oil should get one faded…. My father in law is just starting rs oil for cancer and is a lifelong smoker with high tolerance. And he is still feeling it biggg time.

but the oil he’s using is very potent 1 to 1 thc/cbd

I've had a mimosa cut for a couple years now. Very resinous, strong, and tasty. Orange/lemon terps.

I've processed it for wax (BHO), never RSO so I cant speak on that. I can say it is very strong compared to other varieties. I know everyone is different but this is a panic inducing strain. Much more head than body. Racey and not a relaxing variety compared to others. But some people really love it, hence I keep it around.

Yeah he honestly has no idea what he purchased as far as I am aware and has never been a smoker but reports no high from it at all.

Thanks for the honest feedback, yeah he's not looking for a high like that... That is if a smoke high translates to an equal high when used to produce oil but I might grab a bag of it myself as I do like a bit of a mental teaser myself.
