Is it normal for fan leaves to change there vigor when flipping to flower

Here's two images one 3 days before flipping and the other 3 days after flipping .

The fan leaves are alot bigger while still in veg , sproiled out and spacious.

Flipping to flower they seem to have completely changed . Smaller and just look completely different than in full veg mode

Edit I've attached more ages but the first two are the best comparison for after and the 3rd before

Take some close-ups of the tops of the plants. There is definitely an issue. If it were simply lack of light they would not lighten in color. There is a feed/water issue going on here imo.

That is a well built trellis being totally misused

If your intent was to use it as a support your should have placed it lower and waited till it filled up to flip

under the circumstances I won't be using the Trellis for this grow. I've to moving out in less than three months . So cutting it fine I flipped at 6 weeks of veg . I have been lsting these plants and was planning to veg until they met the scrog. So I will just flower and continue to lst. The scrog will get it turns
