Ph issue recovery time…

So pretty annoyed at myself due to over feeding and causing ph to drop in dwc res which caused a bit of yellowing to the leaves. Having now sorted it by halving the feed in a new res change i am mainly frustrated as i was looking to flip very soon due to height limits! Plant has been recovering for 4 days now and I’m wondering if it would be ok to start flowering at a lower ec without hurting my yields or would you build back up?
Cheers in advance for the advice :bigjoint:

Do the plants look like they would flower well? Stems thick? Plant healthy with white roots?

Put up pictures taken in normal light if you have concerns. Otherwise if things are stable and the plant is big enough then go for it.

Hi mate I won’t be able to get any pictures tonight unfortunately but im just wondering if it will be massively detrimental to the plant putting it into flower whilst recovering from a ph drop. They are still growing up and out

Without seeing I'll still say go ahead.

I'm a firm believer in starting low and gradually increasing.
Hi mate managed to get a photo. The yellowing you see hasn’t got any worse over the past week so thats a good sign. The new growth at the top looks pretty green also. I just changed the res and its at 0.6 ec so hopefully it stabilises over the next few days and they start eating again

Did you get a chance to view the photos mate. Res change last night set ec to 0.6 and appears the same now ph also went up to about 6.1 which is also ok
Magnesium deficiency is showing. Suggest foliar spray as leaves are very dark green. Meaning nitrogen doesn't need boosting. 1 tablespoon of UNSCENTED Epsom salts in a gallon of water with a drop of dish soap to help it wet the leaves. I'd thin some of the larger leaves as well. Some of them.

Ok mate so do you believe I’ve taken the right steps in lowering the ec ? Also why would they be deficient if ec is rising. Thank u for your advice so far, much appreciated

Huge demand on magnesium and calcium as well. No idea why the Mg is deficient. This is why suggesting foliar. Check your solution EC daily. Tell us your EC. Also pH. Watch for anything not normal like sliminess, strange odor, discolored roots.

Hi mate, ph and ec remained stable for 24hrs. I have a foliar spray that has added cal mag so i just gave a good spray am now changing res again will do a fresh batch with very light feed of 0.7 and hopefully things start to pick up. Thoughts on POA and as always, thanks for the advice :bigjoint:
Edit: gunna let the new feed sit overnight before feeding the plants just to check ph and ec remain stable
