I saw your post and your email. Sorry we haven't responded yet. We state our lead times on each product page and always in business days, especially during the holidays with altered day off schedules being more impactful than normal.
As with many items on the market this holiday season, our lights depend on access to components currently in short supply due to raw material, production and shipping backlogs. We do our best to reflect each product lead time based on the most recent information from suppliers as each light has different parts required for their production. It is not uncommon for there to be a shorter lead time on one product compared to another based solely on component availability.
We are happy to refund you the shipping plus $25 for the time and inconvenience. I anticipate your light being ready to ship by the end of this week - in addition to the refund email, keep an eye out for your tracking email as well in a few days.
